1666: One of the earliest descriptions of Carolina
This information was included in a pamphlet that was published by Robert Horne in London in 1666, and it is one of the earliest descriptions of Carolina, The purpose of the pamphlet was to entice English men and women to migrate to the colony, and thereby increase the value of the Proprietors’ estate.
